1. Program description
Clear Fortress Window Solutions sends operational and customer-service text messages (SMS/MMS) about appointments, orders, remakes, warranties, remeasures, and service updates — including messages with our customers and internal operational messages with our field installers and staff.

You will only receive texts from Clear Fortress if you provided your mobile number and agreed to receive them (for example, when scheduling an appointment, or during employee/contractor onboarding). We do not send marketing texts without your consent.
