SunSetter manufactures in Texas, New York, and California (founded by the Blanchard family, now part of Springs Window Fashions). SunPro manufactures in Bradenton, Florida (Hunter Douglas family). We don’t sell rebadged Chinese imports.

- Up to 28 feet wide with 12′ projection (widest in the segment)
- Cross-arm option: 7-12 feet wide AND 12′ projection — unique in the industry (most small awnings can’t project that far)
- 10-year non-prorated, transferable warranty — INCLUDES the motor

Fabric replacements starting at $1,700
Faded, torn, or just tired of the color? We re-fabric existing retractable awnings — often for a fraction of the cost of replacing the whole unit. Pricing is size-dependent, with most jobs landing between $1,700 and $3,500 all-in (tax & install included, of course).
